Snowmass Village, Colorado

This beautiful home was constructed in Snowmass in 1997 and we are now in the process of designing a renovation.  It is built on a difficult site with a 40% slope across the building envelope.  The renovation will include improvements within the various floor levels for better circulation and use and updates to the exterior elevations and decks for even better views and living.  There will also be a soil nail wall to protect the home’s structure from the lateral loads due to the uphill soils.

This promises to be a great project and we will update the description and photos as we get into construction.
